Beyond relaxing, people come to us to renew or set their physical goals. Because everyone is different, we offer an extensive array of classes, outdoor activities and combined programs for all fitness levels. From a 90-minute power walk to a one-on-one workout with a personal trainer, our goal is to stretch your ideas of what you can do.
Fitness and Wellness Classes
Aqua Party
The water provides full body resistance while removing 90% of the trauma to the joints sustained during land based exercise. Aqua Party is a complete cardio and resistance workout in our pool.
Cardio Sculpt with zumba
Start with 30 minutes of heart pumping "ZUMBA", then switch to 30 minutes of weight training.  Weight  training will increase the body's muscle to fat ratio making you leaner and stronger, as well as increase your metabolism even while at rest. 
calming yoga/amrit yoga
Find balance in the physical and emotional body. From beginners, people who have poor flexibility, to experienced participants, everyone will benefit. Try a class and experience the amazing benefit of purposeful breathing, yoga poses and meditation.
Mat Pilates
Pilates training on can be useful for body composition restructuring and core fitness which is responsible for power through your back, abs and hips.
One on One
A Personal Trainer will guide you through a series of exercises based on your needs and desires to help you achieve the body you want. This can be a muscular strength, muscular endurance or balance and flexibility session - or all rolled into one. Your Personal Trainer will have a consultation prior starting your program to determine your path as well as review personal history.  By Appointment.
Pilates Equipment One on One
Receive personalized instruction on the Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Tower and the Pilates Chair for an amazing workout that lengthens, strengthens and stretches the body using the various apparatus.

POWER yOGA
This is a 90 minute class with a focus on flowing from pose to pose. The body is in constant motion, the heart rate is up and the breath is under control.  There is certainly a cardio componant to this type of yoga as well as an intensity that may not be for the beginner, but all are welcome.
Spinning
This class can be as intense a workout as you desire it to be. All levels participate together from novice to experienced cyclist in a non competitive environment. Indoor cycling is a low impact cardio exercise which benefits the cardio pulmonary systems of the body.
Spin-Core
Takes indoor cycling to the next level by adding 20 minutes of mat pilates to 40 minutes of spinning.
RED DOOR CHALLENGE
Let's go outside and do some running, calisthenic drills and then come back inside for some core work.  Are you up for the challenge?
Zumba
Experience a fusion of Latin and international dance styles. Come dance to choreography anyone can follow, who knows, maybe your will learn a new move or two.
